My story
How I got here
I began my professional path in market research (during my bachelor studies), exploring the methods and how people think, feel and make decisions. That foundation still shapes the way I approach research today: with curiosity about the person behind the response, and care in how evidence is interpreted.
My path then took me to Switzerland, where I moved into UX and digital products. At Sensirion, I studied how people understand and use complex, connected devices and B2B software through interviews, diary studies, concept tests and surveys. At Urlaubsguru, I helped build the company’s research practice, bringing user research and A/B testing into product decisions.
Since then, I’ve worked across different products and industries, combining conversations with users, usability testing and behavioural data. Today, I work independently with product teams to understand how people respond to new experiences and to bring useful evidence into decisions that matter.
What connects each step is the same question: what is happening for people as they use a product and what can we learn from that to make the experience work better?
